Following the expulsion of Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) from Nauru, Paul McPhun, MSF Australia's executive director, speaks out on the deteriorating mental health conditions of refugees on the island. Aurelie Ponthieu, MSF humanitarian specialist on displacement, stresses that MSF's provision of medical and mental health care was arranged in agreement with Nauruan authorities.
