Tanzania: Cholera, a New Threat to Burundian Refugees

In Tanzania's Nyarugusu camp, some 150,000 people are now crammed into an area initially planned to host some just 50,000. In response to a May cholera outbreak, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has vaccinated 130,000 people against the disease and are distributing clean water.
